What is Touch For Health? (Click here to find out)

There are 4 levels taught in Touch for Health and each level is 2 days. There are no pre-requisites and anyone can learn and use the technique for self help or for balancing another person. In level 1, you will learn correct muscle monitoring procedures and appropriate corrections if an imbalance is found for the first 14 muscles. In subsequent levels you will be learning to monitor additional muscles – a total of 42 muscles in the complete curriculum of Touch for Health. Each muscle has a connection to an organ and a meridian, and when the energies of the body are balanced, there is a sense of well-being and structural integration. Additionally, there are a number of applications for balancing and these are covered in the various levels such as postural analysis to identify structural imbalances, easy stress release, balance the eyes and ears for better function and learning, surrogate testing for children, animals or a person who cannot be tested, testing for food sensitivities and much more. At the completion of the 4 levels, one may sit an exam if you are studying to become a registered Kinesiologist.
